Adam Satterwhite Drums

Adam Satterwhite has been playing drums in a variety of bands and genres for over 30 years. From church worship bands, to country, to rock and heavy metal bands, Adam is a highly sought after talent in the Raleigh/Durham area for his level of professionalism, dedication to the artist's needs, and talent behind the kit. Adam has played in a number of area bands most recently with Airtight Alibi – along with Dan Cummins, as well as DethCadence, a hard rock act from Fuquay Varina, NC and Kaylin Roberson (singer/songwriter from Raleigh, NC).

He has also had the opportunity to play drums for Katie Basden (season 10 of The Voice), Kelby Dover (of Kid Politics from Nashville, TN), and Hicksboro Station/Emma Wilson (Nashville, TN). He serves regularly at his local church on his off weekends and spends weeknights with his family.

"I’ve been blessed with great people in my life who give me opportunities to help them with their music and because of that I want to share my experience with as many people as I can. It’s a goal of mine to be able to play and share from my experiences regularly and hopefully inspire people to pick up a pair of sticks and get started on their own drumming journeys. That’s why I continue to say yes when the opportunities to play come my way. The more people I can reach, I have more chances to share my love for drumming and the great opportunities it’s given to me."

Adam is extremely excited and honored to be playing with Trial by Fire and continuing a great legacy left by Dan Ross. “Dan is an incredible drummer and I’m happy to try and fill that drum throne and bring my style and talents to Trial by Fire. Dan can never be replaced, and I’m not going to try and do that, I’m just bringing the talent and skill that I have and hoping to write a new chapter to the story that is Trial by Fire. I look forward to meeting all of you!!"
